1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • Products are returned within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking).
  • Products are unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products are free from damage, stains, or alterations (excluding manufacturing defects).
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid order number (provided in your order confirmation email).

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return and claim your refund, follow these simple steps:

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed return shipping instructions.

  4. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records—we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned package (to verify compliance with eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other payment platforms).
  • The refund amount will be equal to the total purchase price of the returned products (excluding any applicable taxes, which will be refunded only if required by law).
  • Fableticsshop offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, and we do not deduct any return shipping fees from your refund. Please note: you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products
